Tuesdays Thing A Ma Jigs!

Well, I have managed to work on a few more items.  One of which is a gold wired and citrine and gold beaded necklace.  (See below)  I am also in the process of making a Hello Kitty bracelet and a few more "custom" pieces.

Gold wire and citrine and gold beaded necklace.  Everything on this but the clasp, beads and the extender chain are hand made. ($18)

Silver wire with black and dark red beads.Everything on this but the beads and ear wires are hand made. ($8)

Gettin Crafty With It

Trying to get a little crafty today with items I already have.  Some things are turning out better than others...I guess that its just how it goes!  The good thing its that if I don't like it, it is no big deal!

Sorry about all the cruddy cell phone pictures,but that's all I felt like dealing with late last night.  Anyway, the vast majority of what you see here is handmade.  The only parts that are not handmade are the chains, maybe a few jump rings here or there and the earing wires.

This is a hand-wired black and gold necklace with the clasp also being handmade. ($18)

This is a hand-wired free form black and silver anklet. ($12)  (ask me about length and I can custom fit this to your ankle - it does have an extender chain on it)

I spent the weekend basically in bed, trying to feel better.  I hate when I get sinus and chest congestion!!  Although when I was awake and moving around I did work a little bit on some new wire techniques and on my new resin projects.  I cant wait to see how it all turns out!!  I know what I want it to look like and I hope it turns out this way! 

Beginnings...

Well, I have finally decided to start a blog!  Just another item in the long list of things that I need and want to do!  "Welcome to my world!"  

This page will be dedicated to my new-found hobbies and obsessions.  Wired Jewelry!!  Beading!!  Sewing!!  And hopefully, time permitting, making resin jewelry!! Basically anything creative that enables me to use my hands.

Periodically I may post some items about makeup and nail polish...my other obsessions.  But, I doubt that will happen very much.  I want to keep this pretty much about the jewelry that I am working on.
